Economic Efficiency of Urban Construction Land and Its Influential Factors in Yangtze River Delta
用DEA和GIS方法分析长三角城市建设用地经济效率的时空差异，发现其呈南高北低格局，2003年前后效率变化趋势逆转，经济发展、人口城镇化和政府干预有正向影响，而土地城镇化和产业结构有负向影响。
This study first probed into the connotation of land use efficiency and land use economic efficiency,then analyzed the differences and changing characteristics of the economic efficiency of urban construction land in Yangtze river delta by DEA and GIS spatial analysis methods,and tested some factors which can influence the economic efficiency of urban construction land by panel data model. The results show that: The economic efficiency of urban construction land has a South High North feature in Yangtze River Delta,and the economic efficiency change of the cities' in Jiangsu part is more obviously than Zhejiang part. In most cities,the economic efficiency of urban construction land is increasing before 2003,and decreasing after 2003. The regional differences are increasing in the whole Yangtze River Delta and Jiangsu region,but the regional differences are decreasing in Zhejiang region after 2003,and the coefficient of variation also showing that the uneven degree of economic development is greater than construction land configuration. The level of economic development,population urbanization and government influence can cause positive effects on economic efficiency of urban construction land,land urbanization and industrial structure has a negative impact on economic efficiency of urban construction land. And the rapid land urbanization is the main reason to reduce economic efficiency of urban construction land.
