Estimation of Land Consolidation Realistic Potential of Rural Residential Areas in Guangxi
以广西为例，按山地、丘陵、平原三种地形分别计算资金和农户意愿修正系数，将理论潜力转化为现实潜力，发现现实潜力比理论潜力减少42.93%，平原是主要潜力释放区。
With a case study in Guangxi,the present study divided study region into three landforms: mountain,hilly and plain.The correction coefficient of fund and households’willingness was separately calculated according to the landform types,and those correction coefficients was used to transform the theoretical potential,which was calculated by method of constructive land standard per capita,to realistic potential.Results showed that the potential areas have reduced 42.93% by the realistic potential comparing with that by the theoretical potential,and the potential of mountain can’t be released while the plain is the major region of potential release.Those results explain the significance of fund and households’willingness on the release of land consolidation potential,and key areas of land consolidation of rural residential areas in Guangxi should be arranged based on realistic potential.
