In view of historical evolution and current conditions of Changchun and Jilin, this paper puts forward a development approach of integration of Chang-Jithat will promote the co-prosperity and advancement, combining with the tendency of economic globalization, regional collectivization and urban collaboration, and discusses the objective basis and historical necessity to choose the way. Moreover, this paper inquires into the cut-in nodes and regional effects of Chang-Ji integration development.
