STUDY ON THE PROCESS AND DRIVE MECHANISM OF TRANS-RIVER DEVELOPMENT IN SHANGHAI CITY
用历史分析方法结合GIS和RS技术，研究了上海跨黄浦江发展的四个阶段及其空间形态、产业分布差异，分析了不同阶段的主要驱动力，对城市跨江发展研究有参考价值。
Using historical analysis methods to analyze and discuss the process and mechanisms of the development across the Huangpu River in Shanghai by GIS,RS.The calculations demonstrate that trans-river development of Shanghai had experienced four stages:the germination,growth,accelerate development and stable development,with large difference in space form,industrial development and distribution,space development intensity in each stage.The main driving force to promote the trans-river development is distinguishing because of the different social background and economic level.Especially in the stage of accelerate development,urban development demand is motive driving force,while globalization,national development strategy,policy and market mechanism as important impetus.
