STUDY ON THE METHOD OF URBAN SYNTHETIC LAND PRICE ASSESSMENT
结合修正综合分类法、剩余法和灰色预测法,提出一种评估城市综合地价的方法,并通过实例验证其可行性。
According to the present land price system of China, this paper put forwards that synthetic land price assessment canbe assessed with association of revived synthetic classification, the surplus method and gray predication method. Then simulates aliving example and draws a conclusion that it is feasible to associate these three methods to assess the synthetic land price.
