PROBE ON ECOLOGICAL SECURITY MANAGEMENT MODEL OF ZHANGJIAJIE NATIONAL FOREST PARK
以张家界国家森林公园为例，分析其生态安全管理问题，提出改进管理体系、加强环境教育、建立监测预警系统、完善法律保障和拓宽融资渠道等对策。
As a case of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park,on the basis of analysis of its problems of ecological security management,then some good countermeasures were put forward:in order to improve the park management system,the environmental management should be involved in the overall management system of park;in order to improve the ecological environment education system,tourism education and training system should be improved,eco-environmental education of tourism employees should be strengthened,the whole environmental education on tourists should be carried out,environmental interpretation system should be established and the tourism should be developed and managed by the guidance of academic group;in order to build up the ecological environment monitoring and pre-warning system,the long-time located environmental monitoring system should be established,biodiversity conservation and ecosystem health management system should be set up,the natural disaster prevention system should be improved;in order to improve the legal protection system,the policies and regulations should be improved and supervision and law enforcement should be strengthen;in order to build a multi-channel financing system for eco-environmental protection management,the issuance of lottery and non-governmental capital financing methods could be carried out.
