It statistically analyzes the papers published by scientific research management personnel of colleges and universities on seven important scientific magazines from 1999 to 2004.It compares them with whole papers of these magazines,and uses the data to reflect the actuality that the front line staff of scientific research management at colleges and universities have evolved the specialization of scientific research management through the research of the scientific research management.Finally,it points out the characteristics and disadvantages of the research,and gives some advice about the establishment of specialization.
