A STUDY ON DECISION METHOD OF CHARACTERISTIC AND PROPERTY OF URBAN FRINGE AREAS
提出城市边缘区地理单元的特征与属性概念，构建含人口、经济、社会、土地利用四方面15个指标的评估体系，用层次分析和模糊评价法判定北京四个区域的边缘属性。
In this paper,the conception of area characteristic and property is put forward.A set of index system about how to appraise the attribute of a geographical unit in the urban fringe is formed comprehensively and systematically,it is composed fifteen indexes in four aspects,including population,economy,society and land utilization.Appraisial model is built up used hiberarchy analytical method and fuzzy appraisal method.Taking Beijing urban fringe as example of study,the attribute of the four geographical units is appraised,they are Xiaotangshan town,Wenquan town,Tanzhesi town and Wanliu district.The numeral of characteristic and property of Xiaotangshan town,Wenquan town,Tanzhesi town and Wanliu district is 0.4210,0.4922,0.0758 and 0.7116.The outcome makes know that Xiaotangshan town and Wenquan town is belong to outer-fringe of Beijing,Wanliu district is belong to inner-fringe of Beijing,Tanzhesi town is belong to rural hinterland.
