In the construction of the cities group in the central area of China we should pay attentions to not only the GDP and greening GDP but also the GDP of human quality. The traditional ecologist emphasizes the ecological power of non-human and ignores the human emotion feeling will and cultural value. All problems in the development of the cities group are relative with the ignorance of the ecological construction of the social culture and the human cultural value. So we should pay great attentions to the forming maintenance and development of the urban cultural ecology and build the cultural atmosphere of peace love cooperation trust help safety and health to lead the civilians to establish the idea of incorporating development and common wealth.
