Analysis of the Spatial Structure of “Resource Curse”: Based on the Core-periphery Theory
基于核心-边缘理论，分析了资源型地区人口和经济活动分散形成的特殊空间结构，以及这种结构如何加剧资源诅咒问题，并以山西省2000-2010年数据验证。
Spatial structure and organization are easy to be ignored in the resource cursestudy. Because of the self-improvement mechanism of resource-based economy,the spatial distribution of population and economic activities tend to disperse,and form specialcore peripherystructure and factor flow characteristics in resource-based regions. This leads to the agglomeration effect weakening of the core region and skewness of city function. In turn,to restrict the agglomeration of manufacturing industry and the development of modern service industry,and strengthen the anti-industrialization tendency,promoting regional development encountersresource curseproblem. The above view is verified by the analysis of the core-periphery structure in Shanxi Province and population and economic agglomeration dynamics in 2000-2010. At last,policy suggestions to optimize the spatial structure of resources-based economy transformation are presented.
