本文与王如渊博士等商榷，指出返还土地使用权的所有权应保持集体所有，而非转为国有。
Through a discussion with doctor Wang Ru-yuan etc. about “the land ownership should be translated from collectivity-owned to state-owned put forward in their “Thinking on the compensation pattern of returning land usufruct to the land-lost peasants— case of Shenzhen Special District”,the author points out that the ownership of returning land usufruct should be kept collectivity-owned.
