Under the knowledge economy,rapid development of science and technology has led to profound changes in organizational structure of enterprises,and the heavier side of the interests balance even tends to be on the part of employees. Employee interests in enterprises are mainly reflected in economic,spiritual and political aspects,and there should exist a mechanism to ensure them an ability to influence HR policies related to their own interests. It mainly explores the channels and results of employee influence.
