Quantitative Evaluation Research and Empirical Study on Return Land Resettlement Pattern for Land Lost Peasants
研究中国失地农民返地安置模式的适用范围，基于湖南调查数据用数学模型评估条件，发现该模式需要高经济水平、稳定城市规划和成熟房地产业。
Since the exploratory practice started in 1980's,return land resettlement pattern for land lost peasants have been implemented in China,followed with many other cities.But this pattern has its own scope of application,and it cannot be replicated.This paper aims at how to confirm the scope method of quantitative evaluation,and gives reference for the pattern to put in practice.With the investigation data in Hunan province,this paper uses a math model to evaluate the condition of application,finds that this pattern needs a high lower of economic,a stable urban planning,and a full-blown real estate.
