RESEARCH ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF INNOVATIVE NETWORKS AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES OF INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES
基于文献综述和案例研究，分析了发展中国家产业集群创新网络构建与技术能力发展的概念模型，发现全球价值链提供外部网络路径，内部网络支持技术吸收，内外网络紧密关联影响技术学习效果。
Based on literature review and case study,this paper puts forward and analyzes the conceptual model of the construction of innovative networks and the development of technological capabilities of industrial clusters in developing countries,in virtue of the theory of innovative networks.Main conclusions can be drawn as follows: ①global value chains provide path for the construction of external innovative networks of industrial clusters in developing countries;②the assimilation and absorption and internalization of external technology resources need support from internal innovative networks of industrial clusters;③the close linkage of both internal and external innovative networks is important,which affects both the outcomes of technology learning and the development of technological capabilities of industrial clusters in developing countries.
