EVOLUTION OF COORDINATION BETWEEN PORT AND CITY IN LIANYUNGANG
基于综合评价体系，研究了连云港港口与城市协调发展的演化过程，发现协调度经历了从接近失调到基本协调的转变，并分析了影响协调的主要因素。
Bases on a comprehensive evaluation index system which was set up to estimate the coordinated development of the port and city,the paper takes Lianyungang as a case,analyzes the coordinated relationship between the port and city combined with coordination degree,static and dynamic coordinated development degree.Results indicates that:①The comprehensive level of the port and city continue rising year by year,and the development trend of them are consistent.② Degree of the coordinated development has experienced three evolutionary processes in the studied period: near offset,barely coordination and basic coordination.③Degree of the dynamic coordinated development is on the rise,and the track of the port and city development wan basically coordination.After analyzing the mechanisms of the development of port-city coordination in Lianyungang,we find the main factors which affected the coordinated development between port and city are as follows: the expanding of the port scale and the upgrade of its function;changes of the urban economic structure;the heart's economic level,near port's competition and the spatial connection between port and city.At last,the paper proposes some policy recommendations on the interaction between port and city.
