The Comparison of Intercountry Economic Development Inequality and Polarization in Zhejiang Province
利用差异系数和极化指数模型，比较了1997-2011年浙江省县域经济发展在生产指标和生活指标上的差异与极化演变，发现生产指标差异扩大、极化增强，且地理分区越多区域间差异越小、区域内差异越大。
This paper selects productive indicators and life indicators of intercountry economic development to make a quantitative comparison between the differences of county economic development and the evolution process of polarization in Jiangsu province from 1997 to 2011 with the mathematical model of difference coefficient and polarization index, using counties as basic units for study. Research results show that Overall differences of productive indicators expanding increasingly, polarization effect gradually strengthening, Overall differences and polarization effect of life indicators changes slowly, and Overall differences and polarization effect of productive indicators are higher than life indicators; The more numbers of geographical region, the smaller differences between regions of intercountry economic development, the more numbers of geographical region, the greater differences within regions of intercountry economic development; Polarization effect of intercountry economic development between the northeast and southwest Zhejiang is gradually strengthening under the condition of two geographical regions; Polarization effect of productive indicators changes stably both three geographical region and four geographical regions, and polarization effect of life indicators is significantly strengthening among three kinds of regions.
