Discussion about Urban Stormwater Control in Beijing
分析了北京中心城区内涝原因，提出在加强排水设施建设的同时，应注重暴雨源头控制、再利用和调蓄，以提升城市排水和防洪标准。
With the constant expansion of urban built-up area,the underlying surface hardening and the climate change,the existing drainage system is difficult to cope with the water logging.This paper analyzes the reasons of water logging in the central city of Beijing,explains the necessity to focus into the storm water source control,reuse,flood storage and detention while the government increases the efforts of the drainage facilities construction.Only in these ways,the rain water demand can be controlled at the source,reduced in the rain water pipe and stagnated in the tail of drainage system.The outcome will really serve to improve the standards of urban drainage,flood control and water utilization to ensure the city purposes.
