Investigation of the Resource&Environment Issues in the Urban-rural Transition in China
综述相关理论，多视角考察中国城乡转型中的资源环境问题，提出可持续发展机制，发现资源环境问题受经济模式和城乡二元体制影响，建议发展小城镇协调资源配置、缩小城乡差距并推动多方合作。
The resource environment issues in urban-rural transitional process in China have influenced the development of Chinese industrialization,informatization and urbanization and modernization of agriculture.These will also impact the economic and social sustainability in China in the future.The paper reviews the related theories,makes multi-perspective investigation of the current resource environment issues,and proposes sustainability mechanism during the urban-rural transitional period.The research shows that the resource environment issues are highly influenced by the Chinese economic mode and urban-rural dual system.The proper measures call for development of small towns to coordinate resources allocation between urban and rural areas,reduction of urban-rural disparities,and joint cooperation among the government,social organizations,enterprises and the public.
