The paper analysis the mechanism of information technology on the restructure urban spatial from the views of the spatial interaction, location factors, spatial function and discusses the new change and new landscape in the aspects of the urban spatial agglomeration and diffusion, land-use pattern, the urban grade systems under the influence of information technologies. Then the author proposes the city in our country how to restructure and adjust the urban spatial structure, making use strongpoint of the information technology.
