SPATIAL AND TEMPORAL VARIATION CHARACTERISTICS OF ECONOMIC IMPACT OF TOURIST DEVELOPMENT ON COMMUNITY RESIDENTS——A CASE STUDY OF DANXIA MOUNTAIN AND XANADU SCENIC AREAS
通过比较丹霞山和上都景区，研究了旅游经济影响在空间和时间上的变化特征，发现地理环境、产权制度和发展模式是导致差异的主要因素，社区旅游模式可缓解随时间递减的经济影响。
Through making a comparable research of scenic areas which stay in different regions and different development phases,and opening out the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of economic impact of tourist development,there is a very important practical significance to further the sustainable development of tourist destination.With the comparable analysis between Danxia mountain and Xanadu scenic areas,some results are indicated that spatial geographical environment,property right system and development model are the main facters resulting in the diversity of the level of economic impact of tourism,as well as the development model based on community tourism is the available instrument for settling the problem that the level of economic impact of tourism take on a degressive trend with temporal variation.
