EVALUATION AND DRIVING MECHANISM ANALYSIS ON URBAN LAND-USE INTENSIFICATION OF BOROUGH CITY,HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE——TAKE JIAMUSI CITY AS AN EXAMPLE
以佳木斯市为例，采用模糊层次综合评价和主成分分析法，评估了十年间城市土地利用集约化水平及变化趋势，发现集约度总体下降但潜力上升，为土地管理部门加强宏观调控提供参考。
Evaluating urban land-use intensification level and change degree of Jiamusi city objectively and analyzing dynamic and sensitive factors causing this change is helpful to strengthen and raise macro-control ability to land management by land administration department.The methods of Fuzzy-layer Synthesis Evaluation,Principal Component analysis and SPSS software are adopted.Results show that land-use intensification degree in Jiamusi hasn't changed a lot during the ten years,taking on decline tendency as a whole,urban land use is intensive basically,the potential of land-use intensification takes on rise and that we should start with controlling land market,optimizing land structure and strengthening land management and so on to increase land-use intensification degree.
