Urban Space Privatization fragmentation Trend under the Background of Social Spatial Reconstruction
研究中国转型期城市空间重构中出现的私有化碎片化现象，以封闭社区为例分析其蔓延机制、负面效应及管理问题，对理解中国城市社会空间分异有参考价值。
During urban space reconstruction of transformation period,Chinese urban structure gradually shows the similar character of social space fragmentation as the western.However,the urban space privatized fragmentation in China has its unique character which can be stood by gated community.This character can be mainly express as the following: after social class isolation,social groups which are classified as different classes live in certain space and communities and these social spaces are isolated by gates and fences,with the fragmentation of urban macroscopic space and privatization of public space.Based on this situation,it is to analyze the supply and consume mechanism of the sprawl of gated communities and fragmentation reconstruction of urban space.Also,it is to cite the negative effect and manage problem of prevailing of gated community and space privatization fragmentation.
