FUNCTIONAL OPTIMIZATION OF EMERGENCY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE CENTRE OF SMALL TOWNE BASED ON FACILITY LOCATION THEORY:A CASE STUDY OF TENGZHOU CITY IN SHANDONG PROVINCE
改进了传统最大覆盖选址模型,考虑设施覆盖半径内需求点的满意度差异,以最大化总满意度为目标建立整数规划模型,并用启发式算法求解,应用于山东省滕州市急救医疗服务中心的布局优化。
The traditional facility location problems seldom think of the satisfaction difference between demand sites within the covering radius of facility.Also,there are few documents analyzing the allocation of emergency medical service centre of small town with quantitative methods.In this paper,we present a improved maximal covering location problem considering the demand satisfaction difference between demand sites within covering radius of facility and formulate a maximal covering model as an integer programming under the goal of maximizing the total satisfaction of demand sites.A heuristics is introduced to solve the considered problems.Then,we get the allocation result of existing emergency medical service centre of Tengzhou city in Shandong province.Finally,we also propose extensions to our research.
