A Study on Urbanization and Spatial Plan of Hu-Bao-Yin-Yu Resources-Economic Zone
分析了呼包银榆经济区在资源环境约束下的城市化与空间分布特征及问题，提出了新型城镇化战略和空间开发保护策略。
Hu-Bao-Yin-Yu(Huhehaote,Baotou,Yinchuan,Yulin) economic zone is starting in China during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan focused on the development of economic zones,which belongs to western arid and resources-economic zone.The paper analyzes the economic zone's urbanization and spatial distribution characteristics and problems under the constraint of resources and environment with empirical research methods,indicates that industrialization,urbanization and ecological environment is fragile conflict,proposes the strategic thinking of a new-type urbanization carrying out in the economic zone,mainly of multiple dynamic urbanization,centralized urbanization,urban and industrial collaborated urbanization,resource development and ecological protection coordinated urbanization,and the space development and protection strategy of moderate development,cluster layout,ecological protection,and strengthen the space policy management of functional areas planning,strengthen the planning mechanism of intensive use of space in city-industrial and mining areas,optimize the urban spatial organization,should serve as a basic strategic approachs.
