Assessment on Highway Network Development Level of Central Liaoning Urban Agglomeration
基于22个城市间最短路径矩阵，用可达性、扩展性、集聚性等指标评估辽宁中部城市群高速公路网络，发现其符合核心-边缘模式，并指出营口市可达性需提升、南北向网络需加强。
Highway provide express access to urban agglomeration,which is of importance to the integration of urban agglomerations.This paper presents an evaluation to the develepoment level of highway networks of central Liaoning urban agglomeration,based on the shortest-path matrix of 22 cities with highway connection to each other.By taking measurements like accessibility index,extension index,conglomeration index,etc,the evaluation reveals that the highway network of central Liaoning urban agglomeration is coincident with core-periphery model,that is,the cities with the highest accessibility indexes gather into the middle region(around Shenyang),those with the lower accessibility indexes distribute into the outer region,and the conglomeration index is accordant to the accessibility index.The evaluation also reveals that Yingkou city as an important gate way city,its accessibility coefficient need to be improved indeed,and the South-North highway network of central Liaoning urban agglomeration need to be strengthened further.
