THE LAND USE CLASS AND THE METHOD OF PLAN AND CONTROL IN HONGKONG
研究了香港基于用途的土地分类体系，分析了从城市到分区层面的规划控制方法，特别是以规划单元为核心的控制带方法，对内地大城市有参考价值。
The land use classification is summary in Hongkong,it is mainly predicated on usage,meanwhile thinking below factors: the governance of land use,the method of land accommodating,the investor and the after—effect.On the whole city and subsidiary area level,the prognostication and promotion and valuation is the emphasis of the planning and control on land use;On the district level,the control and arrangement is the emphasis.A tissue of control method of land usage belt is adopted to solve the factual questions,of which the planning unit is the core.This tissue of control method is helpful to solve transportation and environment questions of district comprehensively,which can answer to the planning need of varying level.It could be reference on account of its elasticity and flexibility to market—directed economy.The basis of land classifications, the main content and planning control methods of land use has been analyzed in this research,further more,the relationship between land classification and planning control methods has been explored,finally,the experience of Hongkong has been summed up which will be valuable to metropolis of mainland.
