INDUSTRY DECOMPOSITION OF COUNTY ECONOMIC DISPARITY BASED ON GINI COEFFICIENT IN HENAN PROVINCE
利用可分解的基尼系数模型，分析2000-2009年河南省县域经济差异的产业来源，发现第二产业差异主导整体差距，产业结构效应是扩大的主因，而集中效应下降可缓解差异，非农产业扩散和农业县工业化是协调发展的关键。
Taking the model of Gini coefficient which can be decomposed according to industry factors,the degree and changes of county economic disparities are discussed,the reasons of economic disparities dynamics are also revealed through industrial structural effect,regional concentration effect and interactive effect,based on the statistical data of county economy unit in Henan province from 2000 to 2009.Results show that county economic disparities are widening year by year,and the second industry difference dominates the overall gap.Industrial structural effect is the main motion of regional disparity enlargement,but the falling of concentration effect relieves the country economic disparity,especially the non-agricultural industries concentration effect.As long as the decline degree of concentration effects exceed the enlargement degree of industrial structural effects,concentration effects will play a positive role in reducing the overall county economic disparities.Therefore,non-agricultural industries diffusion and balanced development among each county units is an effective way of alleviate county economic difference;especially the acceleration of agriculture industrialization and the industrialization in agricultural counties are the pivots of realizing the coordinated development in Henan province.
