Research on Innovation Inclusiveness,Ambidextrous Innovation,and Market Performance in Transitional China

How to achieve competitive advantage through improving innovation inclusiveness has become a question for innovation theory. It analyzed the mechanism that innovation inclusiveness promotes market performance and the moderating effects of market environment characteristics( e. g.,market heterogeneity and government support). Through the empirical study,it finds that innovation inclusiveness facilitates market performance through explorative innovation and exploitative innovation. Market heterogeneity strengthens the effects of explorative innovation while weakens the effects of exploitative innovation; government support strengthens the role of exploitative innovation.
