THE DEVELOPMENT OF HSINCHU IC INDUSTRY AND ENLIGHTENMENT TO ZHANGJIANG:FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF TECHNICAL COMMUNITY
从技术社群视角分析台湾新竹IC产业发展中技术社群的作用，并探讨其对上海张江IC产业升级的启示，包括融入全球生产网络、促进技术转移和两岸产业合作。
Technical community played an important role in the upgrading of the high-tech industrial.This paper introduced the formation of Taiwan technical community,analyzed the important role the technical community played in the development of Hsinchu IC industry.There are impel the IC industry to integrate in the global production network,transfer the technology and information,impel industry cooperation based on division of labor,improve industry relation between the two sides across the Taiwan Strait.Technical community played an important role in the technical progress of Zhangjiang IC industry,there also many problems.This paper put forward some enlightenment to Zhangjiang from the development of Hsinchu IC industry.Try to use the technical community resources,to build a technology and business connection between Zhangjiang,Hsinchu and Silicon Valley,to speed up the upgrading of Zhangjiang IC industry.
