Building of Knowledge Pipelines and How the Local Government to Do: the Case of China's Music Instrument Industry
研究中国制造业中知识流动不畅和知识深度不足的问题，提出地方政府通过构建知识管道来促进知识流动，并以乐器产业为例进行分析。
With a perspective of knowledge flow,two issues are identified for China's manufactures in this paper.First,Knowledge flows between some actors have not been well generated yet.Second,knowledge depths of actors are not high,resulting in the weakness of interactive transformation.Knowledge flows are not automatic and are generated or strengthened through knowledge pipelines.In China,the local government is the key actor to help other actors build knowledge pipelines,by interacting actively with other actors as a bridge of knowledge flows between other actors.Music instrument manufacture is analyzed in this paper.
