Research on the Knowledge Spiral Process from the Perspective of Social Capital
研究了内部社会资本的三个维度（社会互动、规范、共同愿景）对知识创造的影响，以及产品模块化的调节作用，并比较了它们对四种知识螺旋过程的不同作用机制。
It explores the influence of three dimensions of internal social capital,which are social interaction,norms and shared vision,on knowledge creation,and analyzes the moderating effect of product modularity,and compares the different influence mechanisms of three dimensions of internal social capital on four kinds of knowledge spiral processes.The findings reveal that product modularity plays the moderating role between norms and knowledge creation.Among the three dimensions,social interaction has the most influence on knowledge creation,shared vision less and norms the least.During the knowledge spiral process,social interaction can promote the processes of socialization and combination,and norms can facilitate the externalization process,and shared vision can promote the internalization process but not the combination process.
