RESEARCH OF URBANIZATION STRATEGY IN NORTHEAST CHINA
分析了东北老工业基地城市化滞后于工业化的困境，提出了产业集聚、大都市区构建、城乡统筹等机制与对策。
In the Northeast old industry base,urbanization lags behind industrialization because it's urbanization depends on the exploitation of mine resource and the building of heavy industry base.The urbanization can pull,sustain and bear the rebuilding.The article analyses the urbanization predicament of the Northeast old industry base.On this base,it puts forward some mechanism that include industry concentration,rebuilding the megapolis' territorial structure system and upgrading industrial structure,harmonizing plan of urban and rural and constructing metropolis,breeding metropolis and advancing region competition,building new type city and advancing new industry progress,the extroversion of urban function and the open of region.The article puts forward the countermeasures, such as constructing the megapolis,uparading the urban function,optimizing development zone,conformiting urban,advancing the unified design between the city and the countryside and constructing developed instructment.
