Study on Spatial Change of the Center of Gravity of Manufacturing Employment Distribution in Beijing——Based on Economic Unit Census
利用两次经济单位普查数据，以北京161个邮区为基本单元，研究了1996至2001年间制造业就业重心的空间变化，发现重心向东北移动，新企业选址是主因，并预测重心将继续东移但纬度稳定。
Based on Economic Unit CensusⅠandⅡ,this paper studies on spatial change of the center of gravity of manufacturing employment in Beijing using 161 post districts as the basic space-units.The research indicates that the center of gravity of manufacturing employment locating at the northeastern area between the second and third ring-road moved northeast during 1996 and 2001.New enterprises' locations are the dominant causes that drive the spatial change of the center of gravity of manufacturing employment compared with relocation and closure of the old ones.This paper argues that the center of gravity of manufacturing employment should continue moving east but stabilize longitudinally;the balanced suburbanization model of multi-directional spreading for manufacturing employment redistribution is reasonable in Beijing.
