Problem and Countermeasure in Curtilage Usufruct Policy in Rural China
本文评估了中国部分地区宅基地政策改革实践，针对一户一宅政策在经济和社会背景变化后出现的局限性和不适应性，提出了解决宅基地粗放使用等问题的建议。
The curtilage policy in rural China, characterized by one house per family, had ensured the farmers the continual improvement of housing condition and the right to live in their own houses. But limitations and unfitness of this curtilage policy turn up now because the economical and social background in China has changed a lot and the extensive usage of curtilage is an outstanding one. Based on evaluation of curtilage policy reform practice in some parts of China, this paper is to table a proposal in solving these problems.
