STUDY ON EVALUATION OF NONRESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION LAND INTENSIFIED UTILIZATION OF RURAL AREA BASED ON AN ADMINISTRATIVE VILLAGE LEVEL——A CASE STUDY OF GEXIANSHAN TOWN IN SICHUAN PROVINCE
以四川省葛仙山镇19个行政村为对象，利用2006年土地调查和统计数据，采用模糊评价和聚类分析评估农村非居住建设用地集约利用水平，发现整体水平低且空间差异显著，平原坝区集约度高、北部丘陵区低。
Based on an administrative village level,the paper evaluated the intensive land use level of rural nonresidential construction area in nineteen administrative villages of Sichuan Province,and analyzed the spatial difference of intensive land use of rural nonresidential construction area by using land use investigation data of 2006 and statistic data.Methods of fuzzy assessments and cluster analysis were employed.The results indicate that the whole level of intensive land use of rural nonresidential construction area is low in Gexianshan town,and the level of intensive land use of rural nonresidential construction area shows significant spatial difference among nineteen administrative villages in Gexianshan town.According to values of cluster analysis,land use level of nonresidential construction area shows in high intensified level in villages that lie in plain and dam area in south of Gexianshan Town.Land use level of nonresidential construction area shows in low use level in villages that lie in foothill in north of Gexianshan Town.The proportion and GDP value of rural nonresidential construction area are primary factors that influenced the intensive land use level of rural nonresidential construction area in Gexianshan Town.
