Transfer of Rural Land and Farmers' Income:Based on the Tracking Research Data in Shaoyang, Hunan
利用湖南邵阳追踪数据和双重差分模型，发现参与土地流转的农民人均净收入、非农务工净收入和土地租金净收入显著增加，而种植业净收入下降，非农和租金收入对收入增长的贡献率达76%。
Based on the tracking research data in Shaoyang,Hunan,with the difference-in-differences econometric model,the relationship between rural land transfer and farmers’income is studied in this article.The empirical evidence has shown that compared with the farmers whose rural land has not participated in transfer,the farmers’net income per capita who are involved in their rural land transfer,non-agricultural workers’net income per capita and rural land rental net income per capita have apparently increased;while their net income of crop growing has decreased obviously.What’s more,non-agricultural workers’net income and rural land rental net income has made an up to 76% contribution to the growth of farmers’net income per capita after their land participated in transfer,and the contribution is of a certain stability and continuity in contrast with the natural disasters in agriculture and market risk.
