采用匿名德尔菲投票法和阈值引文方法，从中国期刊引文数据库中筛选出《城市规划》《城市规划学刊》《中国土地科学》《城市研究》等9种最重要的中文房地产期刊，并与国际期刊对比指出不足。
Ranking of Chinese Real Estate Journals is necessary for the guidance to the journals and researchers and useful for the innovation and diffusion of knowledge.Impact Factor Approach has several disadvantages.With the anonymous Delphi Voting Method to get the selected important Chinese Real Estate Journals and then Threshold Citation Approach with Chinese Journal Citation Database,this paper concluded that City Planning Review,Urban Planning Forum,Chinese Land Science and Urban Studies and other 9 journals in Chinese are the most important Real Estate Journals in China.Compared with international Real Estate Journals,there are still some disadvantages in quantity,quality and publication in Chinese counter sides.And suggestions are discussed finally.
