用生态足迹法测算了河北省2003年的生态足迹和生态赤字，发现人均生态足迹远超供给，表明该省处于不可持续发展状态，并提出了改进建议。
Ecological footprint is an analysis method for measuring sustainable development.This paper analysis the ecological footprint of 2003 of Hebei province,the needs of ecological footprint per capita is 2.9198hm2,the supply only 0.4298hm2,the ecological footprint deficit is 2.4900hm2.This show that hebei province in an unsustainable development.At last,this paper give some useful method to prove the sustainable development of Hebei province.
