THE METHOD OF FACTOR ANALYSIS ON THE TOWN ECONOMIC RADIAL AREA STUDY
基于空间相互作用和经济辐射理论，选取10个指标构建城镇综合潜力评价体系，并用因子分析法计算城镇综合潜力，适用于区域经济研究者判断是否阅读原文。
According to the theory of space interaction and economy radiation, this thesis selected 10 index to constitute the appraisal index system of synthetic potentiality, which includes the ratio of non- agriculture population, finance revenue, the ratio of the resident block and industrial and mining enterprises land-use, the ratio of non-agriculture value of output in the country, the ratio of tertiary industry in the country, per capita GDP, per capita revenue of the town and township enterprises, the ratio of the country labors scale turning into second industry and tertiary industry, the scale of the telephone percent population and the ratio of the student numbers in the junior middle school. Secondly, the towns' synthetic potentiality was worked out with the method of factor analysis.
