STUDY ON THE EVOLUTION OF THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE TRANSPORTATION ACCESSIBILITY AND THE COORDINATION DEGREE WITH THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT——THE EMPIRICAL RESEARCH ABOUT HUAIAN SINCE 1991
提出新赋值法计算单个城市综合交通可达性演变，分析1991年以来淮安可达性与经济发展的协调度，发现协调度虽在改善但仍处一般水平。
At present,Huaian is making great efforts to building the central city and the transport hub in the north of Yangtze River delta,to analyze the evolution of comprehensive transportation accessibility and the coordination degree with the economic development has the important significance on the achievement of the great aims for Huaian.Based on the analysis of the current calculating method about the comprehensive transportation accessibility,it puts forward the new comparative assignment method to calculate the evolution of accessibility for individual city.And the feasibility and scientificity of this method is proved by the method about input-output of the transport construction.On the conclusion,it has the obvious stage characteristics with the improvement of the comprehensive transportation accessibility in Huaian since 1991.Then,the dynamic evolution of the coordination degree between the comprehensive transportation accessibility and the economic development is analyzed with the model for analyzing double systems' coordination degree.It finds that the coordination degree is common level presently though it is being improved since 1991.At the end,it puts forward some countermeasures to develop the comprehensive transportation systems.
