The optimizing treatment of wastes is the important content in urban sustainable development. This paper discusses the significance of involving waste treatment into urban recycling economy system in theory and practice based on human and nature,puts forward ways and means to promote the recycling of municipal solid waste and also explores the environmental quality assessment of solid waste treatment.
