This article, by appraising tourism resource's specialty and exploitative condition of Kaihua county and analyzing the existing circumstance of developing tourism, denotes that wemust emphasize the topic of ecology and deal with the relation of protect and development correctly, on the base of protecting environment and on the characteristic of high qualitative environment. It also denotes the idea that develop tourism of Kaihua county on the pattern of “Big tourism”.
