Analysis on the Mechanism of Strategic Union Based on the View of Knowledge
从知识分工与积累、知识市场路径依赖和知识容量过剩三个经典原理出发，分析战略联盟的形成机制，并基于企业知识理论提出联盟模式选择方法。
It analyzes the mechanism of strategic unjon formulation from three classical principles: knowledge division and accumulation, route dependence of knowledge market, and overmuch of knowledge capacity. Then it further analyzes the formulation mode of knowledge aggregation ,reorga-nization and activation in the process of strategic union, discovered from the theory of enterprise knowledge. At last it puts forward the method for selecting the mode of strategic union based on the view of knowledge.
