Organizational networking is a new research field on organizational development and organizational innovation in organization theory studies,and the research on knowledge sharing in networked organization has won wide attention in the world. Based on the analysis of organizational knowledge chain and its characters,it expatiates on the mechanism of knowledge sharing in the process of organization networking,and points out some path for designing organization culture,which conduces to share knowledge.
