Cultural industries policy and urban development: the European experience and enlightment
本文梳理文化产业的概念与政策类型，评估其在欧洲城市发展中的作用，并指出政策实施中未解决的问题。
The global changing trends have led to restructuring of urban economies, and the rise of European cultural economic policy is just the response to these trends. The paper firstly defines the concepts and characters of cultural industry, and then identifies the types of cultural industry policy and their evolution. After that, it assesses the role of the cultural industry in European urban development. Some problems remain unsolved are finally addressed during implementation of cultural economic policies.
