A STUDY ON THE FEATURES AND TRENDS OF SPATIAL POLARIZATION OF ETHNIC AREAS:THE CASE OF YANBIAN KOREAN AUTONOMOUS PREFECTURE
运用空间经济学理论和方法，分析了1985-2009年延边地区的空间极化特征，发现长春和吉林市成为增长极，而延边内部延吉市因缺乏经济资源未能实现经济规模。
This paper uses theory and methods of spatial economics,analyzes features and trends of spatial polarization of Yanbian area.The results show that Changchun and Jilin city become growth poles during 1985-2009 and the development of Yanbian area is relatively low.In the inner region,Yanji is the main growth pole,but cannot achieve economic scale because of the lack of economic resource.
