Globalization time is full of contradictions.The Chinese contemporary architecture and urban planning have been greatly influenced by the globalization.This paper focuses on the character of modernity and the relationship among culture communication,urban development and architecture form.It analysis the time-space system of Chinese urban and architecture,and points out that globalization 's last trend will not be the unification of contemporary culture,but the multivariate which leads to the coexistence of various local culture.Then,it makes though of urban development and critical clear,constructs science development theory on local time-space system.
