A Study on Technology Progress and Spatial Spillover Effects among the Great Chang-Zhu-Tang City Group: 2001-2011
用DEA模型测算了长株潭城市群2001-2011年的技术进步效率,并用空间面板模型分析了技术溢出的影响因素,发现研发投入、产业结构等有滞后促进作用,而外资和高水平人力资本作用不显著。
The Great Chang-Zhu-Tang city group is the main part of city cluster in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. Its technology spillover helps to build the forth pole of economic growth in China. Based on the analysis of mechanism of technical progress and spatial spillover, this paper calculates its technical progress efficiency by DEA model in 2001~2011, and expounds the spatial correlation in Great Chang-Zhu-Tang city group by using Moran's I. Then the dynamic spatial panel data model is constructed to determine the main influence factors of technical spillover. The study showed that: technical spillover and agglomeration effects is increasing with time in Great Chang-Zhu-Tang city group, and technology diffusion is closely linked with geographical proximity; RD input, industry structure, marketoriented system and the per capita capital are also important factors to promote technical progress and diffusion with hysteresis, but the effect of foreign direct investment and senior human resources are little significant.
