Low carbon city construction which involves economy,society,population,resources,environment and other fields is a complicated project of systems engineering.Its development and formation have deeper driving forces and development mechanisms.This article starts from dynamic mechanism of low carbon city,analyses the difficulties of low carbon city development in the east,the mid,the west and the northeast of China,puts forward the paths of low carbon city construction in China.
