Traditional location stresses effects which economic factors have on estate development, such as cost, revenue and soon. It takes into account more effects on short-term economic results than that on social effects and long-term economic results.This paper, based on analysis of traditional location, shows the importance of factors of sustainable development in locationselection of agriculture and tourism.
